At Regal Rust Converter, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
• Customers must contact our team at (631) 812-5922 to begin the return authorization process before sending any product back.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging whenever possible.

Due to handling, processing, and disposal requirements for chemical products, all approved returns are subject to a 35% disposal/restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Regal Rust Converter.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Regal Rust Converter reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
